Chiller Evaporators
The chillers evaporator is a heat exchanger that transfers heat from a process or air conditioning water circuit to the chillers cooler liquid refrigerant. Most air cooled chillers in the UK chiller hire market will be fitted with a shell and tube evaporator, a plate heat exchanger evaporator or a coil in tank evaporator. A shell and tube evaporator is used primarily on chilled water applications. When a chiller is fitted with this type of evaporator the chillers cool liquid refrigerant flows through tubes encased in a shell.
The process or air conditioning circuit water fills the shell flowing around the tubes. As heat is transferred from the water to the chillers refrigerant the gas boils inside the tubes and the resulting vapour is drawn into the chillers compressor.
Hot water will enter the shell at one end, chilled water leaving at the opposite end.
A Plate heat exchanger evaporator can be used for chilled water or fluid cooling applications. Stainless steel evaporators are especially suited in food and beverage applications such as batch cooling or potable water systems.
A coil in tank evaporator comprises a coil block, usually copper, with aluminium fins to provide an efficient heat transfer surface. The coil block is then submerged in a chilled water tank which acts as a thermal buffer for the refrigeration system. This type of coil is suited to hire chillers used on process cooling applications, typically reactor cooling systems in chemical cooling, petrochemical cooling & pharmaceutical cooling systems.
Air Cooled Chiller Condensers
The condenser is a major component of a water chiller. The condenser is a heat exchanger that rejects heat from the chillers refrigerant to air. Some chillers are water cooled. A Water cooled chiller gives up its heat into relatively cool water from a cooling tower, air-blast cooler or adiabatic cooler. A typical air cooled condenser fitted to an air cooled water chiller will use axial fans (propeller type) to draw outdoor air over a finned tube heat transfer surface (heat exchanger).
The temperature difference or “delta T” between the hot refrigerant gas that is flowing through the condenser and the cooler outdoor air induces heat transfer. The heat reduction of the chillers refrigerant vapour causes it to condense into liquid. The last part of the chiller condenser is called a sub-cooler. The chiller sub-cooler reduces the liquid gas temperature still further, under its condensing temperature. The air cooled chiller is best suited to chiller hire applications. Chiller hire projects require systems to be delivered and installed quickly with the minimum of fuss.
Bluetooth Technology Has Many Benefits
wireless technology networking
In the last few years, there has been much being mentioned and overheard about a wireless networking solution known as Bluetooth technology. And, even though it seems to have become a pretty common term, many people are still in the dark about what Bluetooth mobile wireless technology is and what it does.
It is a wireless technology networking communication method for short ranges. In the last few years it has been used to replace many different cables that connect either portable electronic devices, such as cell phones, or fixed electronics, such as desktop computers, to other devices. Many people are grateful to be freed from the tangle of wires that previously were needed for their electronic gadgets to communicate with each other.
Three of the greatest benefits of Bluetooth technology enabled devices are: low power usage, robustness and low cost. A Bluetooth mobile wireless technology system will be made up of an RF receiver, a base-band and a protocol stack. This simple setup provides the communication connection of different enabled devices and the exchange of various classes of data among such devices.
The RF (Radio Frequency) is a physical layer that operates on the ISM band, which is unlicensed, at 2.4GHz. There is also a frequency hop transceiver that is employed which helps to limit both interference and fade. Unlike most of the other wireless standards today, the Bluetooth mobile wireless technology allows product developers both a link layer and an application layer, each with sets of definitions. This enables support for both voice and data applications.
It is the set of specifications that is unique to Bluetooth, that allows for a definition of uniform structures. This in turn is what makes it possible for such a wide range of wireless devices to connect with each other and to share data and communicate. This level of interactivity between such an array of different types of devices was not feasible, at least not on a level that could be widely used, before the Bluetooth wireless protocol was introduced.
In just a few years, Bluetooth know-how has gained global acceptance to such a degree that any Bluetooth enabled device, operating virtually anywhere in the world, is able to communicate with another Bluetooth device within the correct proximity. All Bluetooth enabled electronics connect and communicate wirelessly via short-range networks which are called piconets.
Each device in a piconet that is operating with Bluetooth specifications, can simultaneously connect and share data with up to seven other devices within an individual piconet. Each Bluetooth wireless device can also be connected to multiple piconets at the same times. Because piconets are dynamic and are established automatically as Bluetooth enabled devices move into and out of the proximity boundaries, this is a very flexible and powerful feature of the Bluetooth system.
One of the greatest strengths of the Bluetooth knowledge, is that a Bluetooth enabled device is capable of handling both voice and data transmissions at the same time without interfering with either communication. This feature means that users can enjoy a variety of convenient solutions concurrently such as: using a hands-free Bluetooth headset for voice calls; sending documents to a printer or fax; synchronizing a laptop or PDA; and using various mobile phone applications.
In addition to being able to get away from a myriad of wires to tangle you up, Bluetooth technology has also been designed to be surprisingly easy to setup and implement. Virtually all Bluetooth wireless devices connect with each other automatically and when it’s time to share data, that is also a very straightforward task.
Sim Free Mobile Phones Offers Viable Option
Sim Free mobile phones are the cellulars that can be used with various service providers operating on the GSM network without any restriction whatsoever. The concept of unlocked can be defined only in the opposition with the locked variant since they are part of an interdependent duality. Locked mobile devices can function with just one cell communication provider based on the identification of the SIM card. Hence, the phone is inoperable with another service provider. There are some advantages and disadvantages to Sim Free mobile phones and one should be aware of them before making the choice in one direction or another.
Where can one find good Sim Free mobile phones? First of all unlocked mobiles are available with lots of retailers online. Amazon and eBay probably have the richest offer, but there are other possibilities to make good deals with different retailers. Moreover, some cell manufacturers promote their products on their web pages providing good terms of purchase. Such offers could make the difference between a good and a bad deal. If the unlocked options do not match a user’s expectations, there is always the possibility to put a pone through the unlocking process independently.
Some service providers even allow their customers to unlock their cells at the completion of the contract period. If this is not the case with the provider you work with, turn to companies that perform unlocking for very accessible prices. Nevertheless, the costs of Sim Free mobile phones is higher and they prove a real investment on the long run. Other than money, the big disadvantage of Sim Free mobile phones resides in the blocked access to certain phone features. The problem here results from the fact that many cell service providers include exclusive softwares and utilities for their customers: once the cell is unlocked, the access to such prerogatives is interrupted.
The availability of this type of mobile is lower than locked ones, especially Sim Free pink mobile phones, and this makes their usage less extensive if we were to compare between the two variants. Both kinds of cells work with prepaid services; yet, there is a limitation worth considering. Sim Free mobile phones are only available for GSM networks since the CDMA operation does not need a SIM card at all. You’d have nothing to transfer and no point to perform the unlocking. Check with the provider to see how they operate before you attempt to unlock the mobile phone.
LCD TV Stands Hold Television In Position For Viewing
There are some manufacturers that provide LCD TV stands with their upright or flat screen televisions. That LCD TV stands that come with a new LCD television are designed for use with that specific model and may not be secure enough for different television sets. These newer, and very thin LCD televisions mount nicely on the wall, although some opt for eye level viewing and place them on a stand.
The new wide screen LCD TVs will not be able to fit into an older entertainment cabinet that was made for the smaller sets. These TV stands are close in size to other units available and will often be adequate for most TVs. Using the LCD TV Stands can allow it to be positioned on top of a very stable cabinet or dresser.
LCD TV stands have to be in a corresponding size to the television that is being considered. Many of the larger screen, above 50-inches, will probably be safer on a long, slender stand instead of two small foot-shaped stands or one that swivels, allowing the screen to be turned for better viewing.
Double Check Security Of The Stand
In most cases the included LCD Flat Panel Tv stands will hold the television securely, reducing the possibility of it tipping over. Once the TV has been set on the stand carefully test it for stability. A rug or carpet is not a great place to set up your TV, it would be much safer in a solid and stable location.
Proper care is necessary in the transporting of all LCD televsions due to the delicate nature of the glass sections contain the gas and color. The LCD TV may become inoperable if it falls off the stand. Using good LCD TV stands gives homeowners peace of mind that their TVs will not topple.
Some consumers will not need LCD TV stands if they decide to have their TV mounted on the wall. If the stand is broken, go to an authorized dealer to excange it for a new one.
What Is Free Voip?
Voice Over Internet Protocol
Of all the things you wanted to know, you just had to ask what on earth voip is; never have you minded the free voip? Apparently voip is a word that the IT geeks use, but then again, there are not that many geeks in the world anymore, they seem to have turned around and turned into the new emo people that you see with their pale skins, dark hair and dark eyes under their black hoodies all day long. These are the new era geeks that we are looking at today.
The word geek isn’t really used that much anymore even though words like voip and other acronyms are practically everyday language. It is true, voip stands for voice over the Internet protocol. It is a lot of jargon for four simple words but it does create mass confusion in heads of The IT challenged, unfortunately this term stands for most of the planet.
How is Free Free?
Now, do you want to know what free voip is and how it can benefit you. Now that you know what voip stands for, the rest is quite easy. It’s simplicity is understandable for even the most IT intellectually challenged minds. Still what is free voip, how do you get it, and how much is free voip free, since it is often thought that nothing is really for free?
For The IT Intellectually Challenged Minds
In simplicity, VOIP is a small software package that allows you to talk via your Internet line without increasing your normal telephone bill. Free voip is free to use with most adsl packages that are available. So therefore, you are still chatting via your internet which you have already paid for this being the theory of the IP Phone.
It does seem to be a cheaper way of having a conversation if you have adsl at home, but it is definitely not the same as talking via a web cam, which guzzles your bandwidth superfast.
So there is really no free voip, because you have already paid for the services that you have installed. To make free voip calls you may havSo it goes to show, there is no real free voip anyway, you paid for the services that you had installed anyway. If you are trying to make free voip calls you will soon find out that it does not cost much, as you may have to load some airtime to use anyway, but the calls are charged at such a low rate, but your bandwidth does decrease while you are doing your so called free voip call.
The thing is that if you receive calls while you are on your PC, but for the person really calling, nothing is free!

Top 5 Questions Asked Before Starting Driving Lessons
When you wish to start learning to drive in the UK, you are bound to have a lot of questions. Here are the top 5 questions new learner drivers tend to ask.
1. What do I need to do before I can start driving?
You must have a Provisional driving Licence. You can obtain this by completing the driving licence application form D1 and photo card application form D750 which are available from most post offices.
2. How often should I have my driving lessons?
As often as you can afford if you wish to pass the driving test quickly. It is recommended though that you have at least 1 session of 1.5 hours per week of regular training. Driving instructors will structure your driving lessons to suit your individual needs. This can often depend on what time you have available and how often you can afford to take lessons.
3. What is the cheapest way of booking my driving lessons?
You can reduce the cost of learning to drive by taking advantage of block booking discounts which most driving schools will offer. Paying for each individual lesson is the most expensive way to learn to drive. You can often obtain discounts by paying for as little as five lessons in advance there are many driving schools that offer this.
4. How many driving lessons will I need to take?
Every driver is different and will learn at a different pace. The DSA (Driving Standards Agency) mention that those who have passed their driving test have had an average of 45 hours professional tuition and 22 hours of private practice. Your driving instructor should use the DSA driver record so that you can see your strengths & weaknesses and monitor your progress.
5. Do I need to pass the Theory Test before I can start my driving lessons?
Not at all. In fact it is a good idea to learn the theory whilst you are learning the practical side of driving as it can bring the subject alive making it easier to understand and remember. Also, remember that the theory training will help your practical driving and the practical driving will help your theory training.
You can find answers to many more questions you may have or even ask questions at the Driving Knowledge Base / FAQs.
reading suggestions
Winter has come – in many areas there is already enough snow to make the landscape look like in a fairy tale. And that brings us directly to the topic: Why not read some tales again? There is a wonderful new book with tales: The Tales of Beedle the Bard (german title: Die Märchen von Beedle dem Barden by Joanne K. Rowling of Harry Potter fame. It contains five wonderfully illustrated tales (the illustrations were done by J.K. Rowling herself) and is surely going to be a bestseller soon.
My next suggestion is a real classic: “The Pillars of the World” by Ken Follet (again, as I am german, the german title: Die Säulen der Erde), a novel with colorful insight to life in the medieval ages in England. A very complex story about quite a lot of people involved in building a cathedral or some in trying to prevent it…
And if you like the writing style of Ken Follet and if you like the middle ages – why not stick with him and read “World without End” (german title: Die Tore der Welt) It is somehow a sequel to “The Pillars of the World”, as it plays in the same city only 200 years later and some of the protagonists are descendants of the first book’s heroes. At a closer look it a self-contained independent story, but as captivating as its predecessor!
Selling Tips From A Real Estate Pro – Get Maxium Value For Your Home
Before each showing of your home to potential buyers, it is important to make a good first impression. Be sure your front entry has a sparkling door knocker and door knobs, and that front door and porch are clean and free of clutter.
Once inside your home should smell inviting so bake the quick and easy break and bake cookies or brownies, or put a drop of vanilla on the top of a light bulb for a welcome aroma. You can make the home seem more inviting by installing higher wattage light bulbs and opening all the window treatments to let the light flood your home.
Buyers want to visualize themselves and their lifestyle in their new home, so to make your house more neutral, please distance yourself emotionally. This means putting away all family photos, awards, etc that are specific to your family. Also removing excess clutter by renting a storage unit or having a garage sale will make your home appear larger and more inviting.
You may want to host an open house while you still have furniture in your home, so buyers can visualize furniture placement with the layout and space available. It is the responsibility of the homeowner to disclose any past or potential issues that may effect the value and continued desirability of your advertised property. Real estate law varies from state to state, and some require you to reveal everything from a leak in the faucet to a neighbor who may be a nuisance. Be sure you are aware of the disclosure laws for your area.
As an additional incentive to attract an offer on your home, you might consider offering a one-year warranty to the new buyer. This often gives them the peace of mind to proceed with buying your home. When a potential buyer starts looking for a property, they look online first. A recent survey shows that 82% start with an internet search, due to the comfort and convenience. Only 12 % find the home of their dreams in a newspaper ad. It is important to let people know your home is for sale!
Many buyers prefer a video tour or virtual tour to eliminate the homes that won’t fit their needs, and to save their valuable time. Don’t appear too anxious or a potential buyer may think they can get a steal! Did you know surveys taken by the National Association of Realtors prove that most buyers seek out a for sale by owner when they are looking for a bargain, and automatically offer 10 percent under the seller’s asking price? Don’t offer too much information about your needs and plans- a buyer could use that information to justify a low offer.
A good marketing plan is essential to selling your home. Find a dedicated professional in Real Estate that knows how to stage your home to sell. Better agents offer advice on furniture placement and redesign of your home to maximize the chances of a quick and profitable sale. With each inquiry on your home, your chance of selling it soon increases.
